Our Story

Ethical Edge Collective was founded by designer and entrepreneur Barbara, who created her own successful activewear brand — Birds on Bikes — when she couldn’t find cycling clothing that fit, flattered, and lasted.

But as demand grew, Barbara faced another challenge: finding a clothing manufacturer in Australia that could deliver high-quality, inclusive, and ethically made garments. So, she built her own production hub.

What began as an in-house solution for her brand has grown into a thriving ethical manufacturing business that now supports multiple labels with garment manufacturing, private label clothing, and apparel production in a transparent, supportive environment.
